I don't have a credit card, can I pay for the service without using a credit card?
Yes, we accept multiple forms of payment including cheque, cash or money order. Many people choose to have their fee deducted from their tax refund.
Will an accountant check my tax return before it is lodged?
Yes, in addition to your Etax Local Accountant, a second highly-qualified accountant checks every tax return before it is lodged with the Australian Taxation Office. If we require further information, we will contact you via email before lodgment.
When do I have to pay?
It’s up to you! You can authorise us to take our tax agent fee from your refund after it is issued by the ATO. We simply deduct our fees from your refund and pass the balance on to you.
Can I lodge my first return with Etax Local?
Yes, you are able to lodge your first return with Etax Local. Please don’t hesitate to call your Etax Local Accountant if you are uncertain about what you need to lodge your first tax return.
Can I lodge tax returns from previous years?
